At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In is preferably required between 3 to 6 pm. If later, please call. Check-out is required at 11.00 am.
Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room based on a double occupancy.
Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, a rich traditional French breakfast is included.
What's is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy: 50 % of the stay might be charged if the cancellation occurs between 15 and 3 days then 100 %. If we re-let the room, there is no charge at all.
Is heating included in the price?
Yes, it is.
Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can, if you find it more convenient.
Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Italian and some Spanish.
How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are two floors, but we do not have the lift. We take up in floors the baggage of no more than 15 kilograms.
Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, there are very quiet and romantic rooms.
Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels are provided.
Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, some of them do have: two rooms in the "gentilhommiere" in a separate building.
Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not have.
Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do, because our chateau is entirely non smoking.
Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
No, there is not, but satellite TV for international channels is available in the Parlour.
Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There is a direct telephone in the rooms except the rooms in the gentilhommiere.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not.
Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together for breakfast?
Yes, there is.
Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do have and Wireless free is possible in the Living-Room.
Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, you can not.
Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is and it is open from mid May to mid September.
Is parking or garage available?
Yes, parking is available.
Where can we rent a car?
At Tours or Saint Pierre Des Corps railway stations. It's necessary rent a car for visit the chateau in Loire Valley.
Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, at 10 minutes drive.
Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, there are at a walking distance.
Which is the nearest airport?
Tours Val De Loire 20 km.
Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not have.

Amboise 5 km ; Saint Pierre des Corps 20 km.

No, there is not.
